In 2020, he founded Integrity Drilling Services by leveraging his drilling background and cultivating relationships with industry professionals. His goal was to create a team focused on delivering superior drilling services through collaboration with top personnel and equipment. Mitchell’s strong understanding of OSHA and MSHA regulations, along with his experience in various states including Arizona, California, and Colorado, equips him to manage any project effectively.
